This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders and digital activations made through RMI Marmo Granito, a brand owned and operated by Manji Marble Crafts under the ownership of Mr. Manish Godara. It describes how we handle the delivery of both digital and physical products or services.
1. Digital Products and Services
Most of our offerings — including advertisement listings, digital subscriptions, and account upgrades — are digital in nature. Therefore, no physical delivery is required. Upon successful payment confirmation via our payment gateway (Razorpay or Cashfree), your service will be activated immediately or within a few minutes.
- Access credentials or activation details will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
- In case of a delay exceeding 24 hours, please contact our support team.
2. Physical Shipments (if applicable)
In some cases, RMI Marmo Granito may offer physical samples, printed materials, or marketing merchandise. The following terms apply to such deliveries:
- All confirmed physical orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Delivery timelines depend on the shipping address, courier service, and external conditions.
- Tracking details (if available) will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before completing the payment.
3. Delivery Confirmation
For digital products, delivery is considered complete once access or activation confirmation is shared with the user. For physical shipments, delivery is deemed complete once the courier marks the package as "Delivered" in their system.
4. Delayed or Failed Delivery
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen issues such as network errors, courier delays, or incorrect user details may impact timelines. If a delay occurs, please reach out to our support team and we will resolve it promptly.
5. Incorrect Address or Non-Receipt
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping or contact address. RMI Marmo Granito shall not be held liable for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect information. Re-shipment (if applicable) may incur additional charges.
