Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RMI Marmo Granito (operated by Manji Marble Crafts, owned by Mr. Manish Godara), we strive to provide quality digital services and transparent refund practices. This policy explains the conditions for refunds, cancellations, and failed transactions related to our subscriptions and premium services.

1. Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds are available only for duplicate or failed transactions made through our official payment channels.
  • For successfully activated services or subscriptions, refunds will not be provided as the digital access and tools are immediately available upon activation.
  • If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact our support team within 7 working days of the transaction.
2. Cancellation of Services
  • Users may choose to discontinue their plan or subscription anytime from the website or app settings.
  • Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for the remaining period of the subscription.
  • After cancellation, services will remain active until the current billing cycle ends.
3. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If the amount is deducted but you did not receive confirmation, please contact us with your transaction details. Upon verification with the payment gateway, eligible refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days.

5. Important Note

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase. Service taxes and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
